Alpha Domus 'The Wingwalker' Viognier 2014 Hawkes Bay
Varietal bouquet with a lifted aroma package including ripe apricot then peach and nectarine tones, spice, some yellow flower scents, a hint of lees stirring and vanilla oak. On the palate - dry, creamy, fruity with aprioct and peach flavours, a bite of oak, medium+ (ish) acidity and plenty of length. Balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2022.
