A bouquet with complexity, fruit concentration and silty mineral qualities; aromas of soft lemon and peach and a soft herbaceous layer. On the palate - a dry wine with flavors of citrus and hints of tropical fruit, crisp and lively acidity, like the nose a softer herbal qualitiy and a distinctive mineral layer adding complexity; medium+ acidity, medium length and finish, a well made wine with a mineral/organic quality.
