Marisco

Marisco 'The Kings Bastard' Marlborough Chardonnay 2014
Fresh and roasted peach with other stone fruit aromas, a nutty sweet toasty oak and vanilla spice layer; fresh, juicy and lush overall. On the palate - creamy, fruity, fresh and very easy on the palate; not too much oak at all though still obvious to some with its vanilla and toasty flavours; a tangy cream and fresh acidity combination adds some great texture and finish.
Really well made wine with medium+ finish.

Marisco 'The Kings Thorn' Marlborough Pinot Gris 2014
Lots of ripe and fresh white fruit aromas - pear and apple with a white peach layer and touch of pepper. On the palate - just dry with some sweetness backed by gobs of fresh juicy pear and apple flavours, medium+ acidity and steely fresh finish.
