Taylors 'St Andrews SV Release' Riesling 2015 Clare Valley
Classic Clare Valley Riesling bouquet of lime, green apple and crisp orchard fruits,  a layer of blossom and steely tones add a little depth and mystery. On the palate - concentrated, forward, very crisp and dry on the finish; an apertif style for certain with razor sharp acidity, flavours of crisp green apple and lemon, some steely tones and a touch of mineral. A classic example and perfect for pre-meal enjoyment.
