Floral and fragrant bouquet of silty mineral earth, wild white flowers, honeysuckle then classic SB aromas of citrus, apple and grapefruit. On the palate - citrusy, peachy and firm with plenty of acidity and texture; layers of mineral and flowers return with a hint of spice leading into a fairly lengthy finish.
