Wild Grace Pinot Noir 2015 Central Otago
Varietal, fruity, forward and familiar Otago Pinot Noir bouquet with aromas of dark cherry and red apple skin, some wild thyme and dusty soil notes, moderate toasty oak layers with dark spice moments. On the palate - fruity, youthful, warm, textured and dry; dark berry fruit flavours, energised by warming alcohol, medium+ acidity, abundant tannins with silky, dusty and tense combinations. A tidy package, youthful, fresh and firm to the point of poise then releasing into a dry finish of medium+ length. Decant for service through 2017 or drink from 2018 through 2022.
