Ripe,
vibrant and engaging bouquet of SB with aromas and flavours of crunchy red and
green apples, lemon and sweet grapefruit then tropical fruit and some sweet
herbs. Very crunchy and fresh on the palate with punchy acidity highlighting
the citrus flavours, some wet stone mineral and spice. Youthful and vibrant -
drink now and through 2020.
