flowers and honeysuckle then ripe pear and apple fruits, a hint of white spice
and minerality. On the palate – textured, crisp and dry with flavours that
reflect the nose plus citrus and spice, a light salty note, plenty of acidity
and medium length. A wine showing development potential with poise and charm.
