Sacred Hill Hawke's Bay Chardonnay 2015
A bouquet that suggests an equal measure of ripe fruit and oak creating a synergy of stone fruit and ripe citrus aromas alongside gentle spicy oak and light spices. On the palate - dry, firm, fruity with flavours of apple and white peach with a little citrus, moderate oak and vanilla moments, balanced and well made in a drink now style. Medium+ acidity, low to moderate oak, medium to medium+ weight. Drink now and through 2017.
