Nautilus Estate ‘The Paper Nautilus’ Sauvignon Blanc 2016 Marlborough
Pure, fresh, vibrant and varietal with
aromas of citrus, apple, pear and white pineapple; a softer fresh herb and
leesy spice note adding depth and complexity. On the palate – delicious with
time in bottle bringing together texture, flavour and synchronicity. Lemon
zest, grapefruit, apple and fresh herb return, a light spice note also make a
play. Lengthy and detailed finish. Very well-made. Drink now and through 2026.
