N: Quite a vibrant and up-front expression of Pinot Gris
with crisp red apple, crunchy pear and lemon bouquet. A steely note ads a touch
of complexity.
P: A very giving wine on the palate – creamy and luscious
fruit textures, rich in tree fruit flavours, honeysuckle, and a few floral
suggestions. Medium+ acid adds freshness and crispness. The Residual Sugar is
enough to tame the alcohol and give a nice overall balance. Medium+ in both
finish and length. Moderate+ complexity
