Pask Winery

Pask Winery Hawke's Bay Merlot 2010
A bouquet showing bottle development and integration with aromas of stewed and dried plum, a touch of compote and leather, old roses and brown spices. On the palate - dry, leathery, spicy, plummy and woody with flavors of plum and old fashioned plum jam, leather and gentle integrated wood spices; medium tannins well integrated and medium acidity. Balanced, ready to enjoy now and through 2016.
