Fruity and lightly savoury with wild thyme and cherry combinations, violets and toasty oak components, vanilla and clove scents round out the bouquet. On the palate - dry, fresh, firm and fruity with dark cherry and plum flavours, toasty almost charry oak, medium easy tannins and medium+ acidity with some wild herb notes. Very approachable wine now with the right food, but has some age worthy attributes as well. Medium+ length and moderate complexity, well made example.
