Greylands Ridge

Greayleands Ridge Pinot Noir 2014 Central Otago
Some 'classic' Otago aromas with  plum and black cherry bathing in a light savoury undergrowth; toasty oak and brown baking spices with suggestions of vanilla and clove (oak). On the palate - youthful, fruity, dry, no mistaking the oak with clove, vanilla and toasty French Oak spice; medium+ (ish) tannins and acidity, mineral undertones and a lengthy finish - all ticking the boxes of ripe, quality and length; coming into balance over the next 2-3 years; well made.
