Flying Mouton

Flying Mouton Hawke's Bay Pinot Noir Single Estate vineyard 2009 14%
N: With some bottle aged now present in this wine it still displays and integrating yet lively fruit appeal; light red fruits typical to Pinot Noir with a red apple skin edge, red floral's and a touch of brown baking spices.
4.5 Stars

P: Does reflect the nose and has an even better palate feel and completeness then the 4 stars and in New Zealand silver first reflected. Balanced and dry with flavours of red fruits, moderate oak and tannins, a light and silky note and gentle warm finish. Drinking very well now and through 2013.
