Nose: A remarkably youthful bouquet at first then a complexity begins to unfurl showing a fresh citrus and stone fruits mix that with 5 years bottle development is also showing integration, depth and complexity. This is also true of the oak signature adding further complexity and charm.

Palate:Dry with a sweet vanillin peach, apple and citrus laden package of flavors; medium to medium+ acidity, balanced and almost unnoticeable alcohol; medium+ length and finish that reflects a 'wild' ferment note and lees note. Overall a delicious wine.
