gentle wild thyme notes; a light green tea and mandarin edge adds a delicate
complexity.
P: Dry with the flavours of citrus peel and pith,
mandarin and lime flower, cold ginger tea and crisp drying acidity.
A lovely dry Riesling best served as an aperitif with
gently sweet hors d’oeuvres.
