Saint Clair

Saint Clair Family Estate 2014 Sauvignon Blanc 13%
Lush, juicy, fruity and varietal with high impact fruit centred aromas - apples and sweet grapefruit, a layer of tropical fruit and a softer grassier side.
On the palate - crisp, fruity and vegetal: plenty of acidity to off-set the generous fruit core, apple and grapefruit flavors return, mild almost soft herbaceous layer. dry finish and well made.
Another well made Saint Clair wine.

Saint Clair Family Estate Pioneer Block 2014 Sauvignon Blanc Dillons Point 13%
Exotic, generous and rich in varietal character: a harmonious core of tropical fruits, sweet herbs and sweet citrus fruit suggestions, very giving of minerality as well.
On the palate - just dry with a little RS balanced by gregarious acidity - quite high; a core of fruit that lingers well after the high acidity fades; great balance and length. Well made.
