Folding Hill

Folding Hill Pinot Noir 2009 Bendigo Central Otago 14.5%
N: Ripe, fragrant and bright Central Otago read fruit suggestions – red and black cherry, plum and – a dash of chocolate, whispers of undergrowth and stone. Youthful and primary.

P: Raspberry rich flavours, laced with dark cherry and touch of wood spice, quite tight and primary still, will relax and mature well over the next 2 to 3 years. Medium+ tannins and acidity; a food wine just now, but this will change in the coming 12 months.
4.5 stars
