Wild Rock Pinot Gris 2016 Marlborough
Classic bouquet of cool climate Gris with aromas of ripe white peach, juicy pear flesh and yellow apple, a hint of spice and steely cold stone mineral. On the palate - juicy, fleshy, very fruity and just dry with a little residual honeysuckle sweetness; flavours of the fruits described above - return, more white spice then warming alcohol. Overall a very nice wine, balanced and well made.
