P: Off-dry with a little residual sugar offsetting some crisp acidity. The residual sugar also adds length and palate appeal with some generosity in the texture. A hint of skin spice adds to the texture as well and its flavour. Overall a balanced wine with simple complexity that will please many who have this with food.
