Churton

Churton Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2011 14%
N: A distinctive bouquet and one that could easily be missed you don't take the time to notice the mineral core and lees notes that give this wine personality and soul. Other aromas include white flowers, citrus, peach and sweet apple.
5 Stars

P: Dry with a distinctive texture that reflects what the nose was alluding to. High acidity leads to the flavours of mineral and citrus which journey to  peach and apple and a longish finish. A great choice for a by the glass program and with food; balanced and well made – delicious in fact!
