N: Very light and delicate red fruit with red flowered suggestions: strawberry, melon and delicate rose petal.
P: The palate reflects the nose with the light and delicate red fruit flavours, medium+ acidity and a touch of RS. A very simple wine where gentle spicy food would be a great pairing.
