N: Vibrant, lush, fruity and all Sauvignon Blanc. Tropical and herbaceous layers with a sweet hay edge. Powerful aromas with simple complexity.

P: Reflects the nose well with gooseberry, sweet golden kiwi, mango and red apple flavors. The herbaceous edge only adds excitement and zippyness (is that a word?). Medium+ acidity and a little RS add to the length and finish. A lovely wine to finish my tasting day with.
