Craggy Range SV Chardonnay Gimblett Gravels 2015 Hawke's Bay
Typical Craggy nose - bold and expressive bouquet of fresh new oak and ripe stone fruit aromas esp nectarine and yellow peach; some ripe lemon and cashew, nutty oak appeal; quite complex and rich overall. On the palate - full-bodied, ripe and packed with toasty oak and ripe fruit flavors; vanilla, brazil and cashew, some spice and raw brown sugar caramelised oak suggestions; a wine that will find appeal with Chardonnay fans - so very easy to drink and absorb. Great balance and length.
