Two Degrees Pinot Noir 2014 Central Otago
Bold and expressive bouquet with a very fruity beginning - juicy, fleshy cherry with black boy peach moments, raspberry, sweet oak and a light mineral layer; moderate complexity and quite inviting. On the palate - equally juicy, fleshy and fresh - flavors of crushed red cherry, some raspberry and wild berry moments; very judicious use of oak with a fine tannin and youthful acidity adding texture and balance. A well made and very approachable example. Drink now or hold through 2018.
