Mandarin, apple and apricot blossom, pear and green apple aromas, fresh, youthful and with a layer of saline minerality – complex builds. On the palate – dry, silky texture, high acidity, ripe and loaded with white fleshed fruits and citrus flavours; lengthy finish and great balance as well as potential for ageing. Drink now and through 2030.
