signature of citrus and herbs then a tropical fruit layer then barrel ferment
aromas of toasted honey and some spicy cashew, a creamy-like lactic note
emerges as well. On the palate – a lot of texture, vibrancy and flavour with
citrus peel, spice, cashew, apple and stony minerality. Long finish, dry, the
core of fruit and intensity lingers. Great balance and length. Drink now and
