Black Estate ‘Treble Rosé’ 2017 North Canterbury
Made with 5 varieties there’s no mistaking the impact and complexity on the nose with aromas and flavours of red berries, red apple, ginger and kombucha. Crushed red cherries and rose petals. With a whole bunch approach in much of the co-fermentation – the savoury and fine tannins add both flavours and textures. Fine tannins, medium+ acidity. A lovely expression with flavour, impact and length. Enjoy now and through 2019.
