‘The Cleavage Rosé’ 2017 Waitaki Valley, North Otago
Very fruity, plush, ripe
and inviting bouquet. Aromas of sweet red melon, strawberry and red cherry, a
soft peach and spice layer adding depth and complexity. On the palate – equally
fruity with some tension building acidity and very fine tannins adding in a
chalky texture. Juicy finish. Drink now and through 2019.
