Circuit Pinot Gris 2017 North Canterbury

Made by Black Estate – showing a bouquet of wild flowers, a leesy yeasty layer, peach, old lemon and apple. On the palate – just dry, fruity and complex with flavours that show-off a wine outside the  ‘new world’ conventional expression of Gris showing a more textured leesy side then white fruits and wold flowers; a natural wine expression with intriguing and flavourful outcomes. Drink now and through 2022.
