Alluring bouquet of ripe
fruit, spices and flowers with Asian pear, yellow apple, white pepper and a salty
minerality, inviting and quite complex. On the palate – with a dry finish
there’s a distinctive fruity core with white fleshed fruits and spice; warming
alcohol, medium acidity and lush textures; balanced and well made. Drink now
and through 2022.
