Wow! Fabulous expression and energy in the bouquet from freshly squeezed kaffir lime to crushed green apple to white peach, jasmine and honey suckle. On the palate - dry, fresh, pure and clean - flavours are a facsimile of the nose with electric acidity and fresh mineral water suggestions. A delightful wine with at least a decade of development ahead.
