Decibel 'Amplified' White wine 2014 Hawke's Bay
From a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Viognier - aromas of apricot, peach and honey, some dry stone mineral adds richness to fruity bouquet, a layer of complexity from some lees residue. On the palate - dry, fruity and fresh with flavors of orchard fruit especially peach and apricot with some yellow apple; a lighter impact from the lees adding some length to the palate. Balanced, fresh, warm and well made.
