Totally pungent and fruity bouquet with bold and expressive aromas of tropical and sweet tree fruits - apple and pear; sweet grapefruit and a touch of white peach; dry stone mineral suggestions. On the palate - lively with a nudge of petilance, lots of juicy acidity then high impact fruit flavours of pineapple, quince, peach and citrus, a hint of spice; balanced and well made - drink now and through 2016.
