Complex bouquet of sweet herb and angelica, minerals and light savoury core surrounding a core of fruit lead by lemon, tangerine, gooseberry and peach. On the palate - tasty and delicious with a core of fruit, powerful ripe acidity, light savoury, lees and sweet herb layers; a lovely wine with a long citrus peel and white peach finish.
