Inviting bouquet of fresh, ripe and fleshy dark red fruits laced with spices; black currant, blackberry and plum lead the fruit package with some baked strawberry and hints of meat and brown baking spices. On the palate - fruity, dry, fleshy and fruity with flavours that reflect the nose - some sweet meat and brown spice moments, fine to moderate tannins with a layer of chalky texture, medium+ (ish) acidity; balanced and well made, moderate finish.
