Domain Road Vineyard Pinot Noir 2012 Bannockburn Central Otago
Mixed red berries with dark rose and red velvet cake lead the bouquet; lots of mineral with a rocky schist like aroma, mild oak spices and toasty wood layer. On the palate - dry, firm, fruity and textured palate; medium+ acidity with fine to not so fine bank of tannins; flavours of raspberry, dark cherry and other red berry fruits; youthful tasty and quite lengthy on the finish. Decant for service if opened today and will continue to evolve from 2016 - 2020
