Gunn Estate Reserve Pinot Noir 2015 Marlborough
Vibrant, fresh and direct aromas of red berry fruits with dark skinned cherry, some raspberry and lots of plum; some lees and light wood tones and a mild savoury moment. On the palate - dry, youthfully firm and crisp with medium+ acidity, moderate tannins and fresh fruit flavours of plum and cherry; medium to medium+ length and moderate finish. A wine new to bottle and requiring some cellar time to show its true potential; overall well made. Best to leave in cellar till at least mid 2016.
