Nose: An appealing complexity quickly unfurls to show a range of stone fruits and apple laced in new and older oak, a leesy, savory edge adds complexity.

Palate: Flavors and textures reveal a Burgundian like appeal with Hawke's Bay sweet and ripe stone fruit flavors. The oak is noticeable in such a youthful wine yet seems to add the right level of sweetness to carry the wine's flavors and complexities well. Balanced and well made.
