Flying Sheep Hawke's Bay Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon (Single Estate Vineyard) 2009
Nose: Toasty ripe plum (Merlot) and savory dried herb Cabernet Sauvignon with blackberry fruits and sweet earthy qualities.

Palate:Dry with medium+ body, warm and fruity with black fruits flavors - black berry and dark plum; toasty and savory oak, Medium+ to high tannins, medium+ acidity, youthful and mildly chewy; a great food wine especially cheese. Highly recommended!
