Nose: Striking with green melon, mango and passion fruit then sweet grape fruit and ripe apple.

Palate: Dry, crisp, quite fruity and savory with a dry rock - earthy - quality. A hint of green grass and fresh asparagus make for an interesting expression. Very drinkable on its own, but perhaps a food wine as well - oysters kilpatrick or mussel chowder come to mind.
