Gentle salmon rose colours.
Aromas and flavours of light red fruits, a whisper of rose and quiet mineral
tones. The mineral layer speaks louder on the palate; crisp and refreshing
acidity, cranberry and strawberry red fruit flavours are quiet though obvious;
crisp dry finish. Great choice with a range of crunchy and flavourful
appetizer. Balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2018\19.
