Palliser Estate Methode Traditionnelle 2013, Martinborough
Attractive autolysis led bouquet with oatmeal bread, lees and a nutty honey toasty note. Aromas of stone fruit – peach and apple with some grapefruit peel. On the palate – crisp, dry, balanced – an even expression of autolysis to fruit; refreshing and youthful acidity, fine to moderate mousse and lengthy finish. Balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2025.
