Montana Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2016, Marlborough
Classic Montana Sb with wild tropical fruits, lemon and grapefruit, sweet fresh herbs, red skin bell-pepper and a grassy/herbal layer. On the palate – very fruity, crisp and vibrant with high acidity then flavours of tropical fruits – especially mango and pineapple, grass, fresh herbs and red capsicum. Balanced, refreshing and well made.

Montana Reserve Chardonnay 2016, Gisborne
Immediately familiar bouquet with aromas of butter soaked peach and apple, roasted peach then whipped cream & vanilla oak. On the palate – bright, fresh, fruity and flavourful. Peach, yellow apple, vanilla, pear and soft white flower moments. Very fine wood tannins, fresh and lively finish with some decent length. Balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2022.

Montana Reserve Pinot Gris 2016, Hawkes Bay
Bright, fresh, fruity, vibrant and varietal PG aromas – pears, apples, hints of tropical fruit and a subtle white flower moment. On the palate – juicy, fleshy, fruity, warm generous and just off-dry. Flavours of white fleshed fruit, medium acidity and length. Balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2020.

Montana Reserve Rosé 2017 Hawkes Bay
Light ruby colour with aromas and flavours of raspberry and strawberry, juicy and fleshy with some off-dry creamy texture. Red apple, wine gums and red grape flavours also emerge. Plenty of acidity and balanced refreshing finish. Drink now and through 2019.
