Attractive bouquet with aromas of plum and black currant then black currant then brown spices of oak, some toasty wood tones and light violet moments. On the palate – dry, a mix of ripe and tart fruit sensations with cherry, plum and blackberry flavours, medium+ acidity and moderate oak with moderate tannins and length. A balanced and well-made wine overall. Drink now and through 2022.

Very attractive red wine bouquet with aromas of clove, vanilla and brown spice laced dark berry fruits; chocolate and coffee bean tones with black cherry and a hint of violet. On the palate – tense, fruity and dry with flavours that reflect the nose, dark cherry, plum and mulberry; medium+ tannins with a chalky to fine texture, youthful with medium+ acidity; balanced and well made with a lengthy finish. Lovely on its own or with food. Drink now if decanted or from late 2018 through 2026.
