Peter Lehman

Peter Lehmann ‘The Barossan’ Shiraz 2015 Barossa Australia
New oak, newly tanned leather, brown spices and pepper, dark berry fruit aromas of black and blue berry, liquorice, vanilla and toast; youthful and very engaging bouquet. On the palate – a big full-bodied wine - juicy, fleshy, fruity, warm and spicy, flavours of dark berries and bitter chocolate, plenty of tannins and equal acidity; very toasty and oaky yet concentrated and balanced as well. Drink now if decanted but best left in cellar to enjoy from 2021 through 2030+.
